   The staff were great but Rose was the star who greeted us with a warm smile and was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced with a superb cocktail range. The lounge was buzzing well into the evening.

   I do enjoy the food here and the service is great. You can also bring dogs in the downstairs area. The service here is great and it is always busy when I visit. There are a couple of small outside tables for when it's sunny. The downsides are it isn't cheap (although not expensive) and the tables outside could do with being a bit more sturdy so if you knock them you dont accidentally spill our drink.

   The staff are very friendly and welcoming which is always a good sign. The choice of food on the menu is broad and ought to cater for most tastes including vegetarian, vegan and gluten intolerant options; the choices of alcoholic beverages is mostly unfortunately limited to ‘lager’ based ales albeit some of the slightly more tasteful European types; no doubt this reflects the general age groups the establishment is encouraging to visit. Five of us had dinner in the early evening; three adults and two teenagers as there was plenty of option on the menu for younger preferences. The internal deco is themed with old style industrial lighting and more homely lampshades in another section making for an interesting mix of styles. It was a midweek visit and the place was busy making for a noisy environment; however the music was not too loud it was simply the sound of conversation in an environment that reflected sound off the walls; that said many popular establishments have similar problems; people seem to think of noise as somehow atmospheric. A simple solution to noise pollution is to possibly have some soft furnishing on or near the walls or ceiling or if considered a fire hazard there are some other options available that ought not to be too costly; this would greatly improve the ambiance for those people such as grandparents taking their grandchildren out for an evening meal. The table service was a bit haphazard as there were some untimely waits for some dishes to arrive whilst others came along quickly. The Fino Lounge however, is well worth a visit.

   Fabulous breakfast! Their fried eggs on sour dough was very really good as well as thee Penidict w mushrooms. Had a nice Shakshuka with arabic bread, perfect. Their milk base coffee drinks and tea were super. The staff was so friendly, and the overall atmosphere and people was something, loved all.

   Always a friendly welcome. Staff are very friendly and polite, helpful. Very well set up on food allergens and go to great detail and lengths to ensure there is no cross contamination. Food is always great, cooked fresh and hot when served. Table service via in house app or just order at the bar. Iv never felt any pressure to hurry up eating or please leave we want your table so it's always a relaxed atmosphere

   Fino lounge is always popular, it has a great range of food for breakfast,lunch and dinner ... so is always a safe bet if you want somewhere with cuisine to cater for all tastes. The QR code based ordering and paying always makes things easier when in a large group too. They also have a well stocked bar for the evenings so is a nice chilled place for drinks too. Can't knock the staff, cleanliness and generally chilled ambience.

   Love to visit the lounges so Stopped off for a coffee and some breakfast.i just wanted to praise the staff for taking customer service above and beyond . Catered for all our needs and especially our dog who spoilt and made very welcome.

   Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble & well spaced out seating. Had a very enjoyable veggie breakfast, no mushrooms for me, but an extra fried egg instead. Great place to visit, have a go yourself & I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
