    I ordered 4 chicken burgers with a large and small fries. At least two of the burgers had visible mould on the buns, which is completely unacceptable. My brother, who ordered the meal, felt unwell afterwards. When I returned the order and asked for a full refund, the manager was extremely difficult about it and even tried to deduct £1 because I didn’t bring the drinks back, despite the food clearly being unsafe to eat. I was a regular customer but will definitely not be returning after this experience.
