Worst food,I ever had in my life,food doesn't looks good and no flavour at all just waste of money,and they missed one order to deliver.
Wrong food was delivered. Went to pick up the correct order. Got home. Just sauce no meat, not even 1 piece. Food tasted like a tin of tomatoes. Found a hair in my food. Naan breaded tasted shop bought. I really didn't have a good experience. The food is awful. However, the man was nice. I don't recommend.
Do not order! Incredibly disappointed, ordered a takeaway (set meal 2 and wings), when I arrived to pick I was told that it had been collected. When I explained I that I hadn’t collected the meal (after showing my order reference and payment confirmation) I was accused of sending in a friend to collect my order. No resolution was offered apart from paying for the entire meal again with a minor discount. Incredibly unsatisfactory and rude service. I certainly would not recommend!

Incorrect Order: The items delivered were not what I ordered. This was incredibly disappointing, especially for a special occasion. 2. Late Delivery: The food arrived much later than the estimated delivery time, which disrupted my birthday plans. 3. Poor Food Quality: When the food finally arrived, it was totally inedible. The taste was off, and I could not enjoy any of it. And the paneer tasted like medicine. (We ordered Palak paneer but we got saag paneer, dont tell me they are same because palak paneer is edible with green gravy. The chicken was also raw that we ordered. The salad was smelling bad, and the onions were also had gone bad. 4. Hygiene Concerns: To my shock, I found hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene practices of the restaurant. I hope your kitchen gets closed for not maintaining basic hygiene. 5. All the names written above the food order was very messily written. Given these issues, I request a full refund for this order freaking £88.35 which ruined my birthday party.
Terrible, food was missing, took 2 hours to deliver and it came stone cold, Food wasn’t worth it at all considering the price and the customer service was awful with them being dismissive and not willing to help you with your food even after waiting almost 2 hours for it, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it from here as the portions are tiny for the price I paid and the service i experienced was awful. Bag came leaking with sauce and made a mess all over my kitchen side. Save your money don’t order from here 0/10
Had Just Eat delivered order. Arrived on time, everything hot ,fresh, and enough for me to have for 2 meals. Can't fault it,best value for money.
Ordered takeaway and what was delivers was appalling. Greasy onion bhajie, gross madras rice that tasted off. Seriously this has been the worst takeaway I can remember having. I went for the cheapest delivery and paid the price! Really ill the next day. Please avoid and go elsewhere

It's the only place I go for Indian takeaway. Yes there are the usual standards but go for something from the chefs menu and give your taste buds a treat. Tried many but this is the one I go back to.
We live locally and have enjoyed many takeaways from Mamas. Unfortunately after today I will not be returning. For the money spent, the food was not enjoyable, with most having to be thrown away. The quantities of meat and vegetables was very small in comparison to the sauce. All foods lacked salt. It felt like no effort had really been made. I very rarely write reviews but feel it’s only fair to others who might consider Mamas.
