Crispy duck was amazing. Food is very responsibly priced even if the portions are a little smaller compared to other Chinese takeaways.

I ordered food over the phone and, while still on the call, I paid immediately through the text link they sent me. A little while later, while waiting for my delivery, I got a call from the restaurant saying I hadn’t paid. I checked the link again and it clearly showed I had. I explained this, but the lady on the phone kept insisting I hadn’t, essentially accusing me of lying. After about five minutes of back and forth she suddenly shouted “You have paid” — with no context, no apology, and then hung up. When the food finally arrived it was sub-par at best. After the confusing payment process, rude service, and disappointing food, I won’t be ordering here again.
Just had a terrible experience with this Chinese takeaway that cost me nearly £70 for my family and me. The chow mein was incredibly greasy and soggy – honestly, it was tasteless. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude. She raised her voice and when I explained the issue, her response was, "What do you want me to do about it?" I think that's a disgusting way for a business to treat its customers. Then, the owner got on the phone and told me, "Don't ever order from us again." Well, trust me, I won't. Given the awful food and appalling customer service, I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.
Under cooked everything gone down hill since Christmas won't be going again binned chips and chicken balls
This is the second time on the bounce that China chef as got our order wrong the first time two dishes did not come and the second time the same this second time we called then straight away and the person on the other end said we are only human well that's not good enough this will be the last time we will order from China chef the only regret that the food is good
Puka and take contactless over 5pound. Literally anything you ask for comes with optional prawn crackers for small charge. Seriously though all veg if isn't totally fresh are crunchy and sauces are delisiously and not over bearing.
Ordered a Beef curry and BBQ ribs. What i got when i got home was what can only be described as Slop ! B&M have a curry mix it was just like that with beef that was stringy and uneatable ,threw it away ,. Onto the ribs ,first bite tasted dirty , worst fooe i have ever seen ot had ,will Never Use this place again
