We had a fantastic experience at Frankie & Benny’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chris. From the moment we arrived, Chris was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. He made sure everything was just right, handled our requests perfectly, and checked in at all the right times. It’s rare to come across service that genuinely elevates a meal, but Chris did exactly that. His positive attitude and professionalism made us feel really well looked after and turned a great meal into a memorable visit. Huge thanks to Chris—he’s a real credit to Frankie & Benny’s. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Frankie & Benny’s and the service really made the visit. Our waiter Dylan was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. He explained the menu clearly, checked in at the right times, and kept a positive attitude even when the restaurant was busy. The food came out quickly and everything was spot on. Dylan’s service really stood out and helped make the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

I used to eat in Frankie and Benny's regularly and always loved the gentle swing and rat pack music in the background but this place had overly load pop music on making it difficult for the staff to take our order. Even the waiter commented on the music volume. The building has poor acoustics as well so all sounds echo. Before going i read the reviews and there were a few negatives about the prices. I didn't think the prices were too bad up until I saw the meals. The meatballs and spaghetti is literally 4 meatballs and a plate of spaghetti for just shy of £17! It tasted like it had been cooked a long time as well. The service was good but the meals come out suspiciously fast so I assume it's all in hot plates drying up all day. Very disappointed to say the least.

We had a 2 course lunch using a Groupon voucher. The steak wasn't great and the meatballs were average. The service was fantastic but I wouldn't go back, especially if you had to pay full price

Had a lovely 2 course meal tonight at Nantgarw. 2 lovely girls Ella and Aisha deserve a special mention. They both worked extremely hard, it was busy but they made everything go smoothly. They are polite and really helpful, nothing was too much for them. Will definitely recommend. Thank you both!

Always used to eat here when we were at the local college - food is still great but now with plenty more options for vegans and vegetarians. Had a really lovely breakfast - which was massive, so great value for money. Our waitress was Kiah, who was super friendly and very helpful :-)

Really nice lunchtime 2 course today with friends. The Mediterranean salad with steak was good and refillable drinks for £3 bargain. Kids pizza was nice. Staff very friendly and music not so loud you could still talk. Will be back soon.

Definitely one of my favourite Frankie and Benny's branches. The service is friendly and professional and the food well presented. Lots of vegetarian options and I'm always happy to see a loaded veggie hotdog on the menu! It also has an outdoor area and is opposite the cinema.

Tear and share bread nice but garlic butter dip tasteless. Rack of ribs had too much bbq sauce which made me feel sick. Not enough cheese on bbq chicken. Onion rings under cooked. Coleslaw nice also Corn on cob. Fries could be cooked more. Prosecco with candy floss was a joke. Expected a cocktail glass with glitter in the prosecco with a big pink candy floss cloud on top...it was a small wineglass of prosecco with a small puff of white candyfloss with some glitter on top. The mock tail fruit punch was very nice and half the price of the prosecco! Cookie dough rolo was lovely but tiramisu tasted not quite right. Therefore sadly disappointed this time.
