   I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one – and not in a good way. The customer service here is appalling. The staff clearly have no sense of manners when speaking to customers, acting as if they’re doing you a favor just by taking your order. The attitude is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As for the food, it’s even worse. I ordered chicken, expecting something at least edible, but what I received was undercooked to the point of being red inside. Serving raw chicken is not only disgusting but also downright dangerous. It’s shocking that a business serving food to the public could be this careless. Between the terrible service and unsafe food, this is easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the time, money, and risk to your health – go literally anywhere else.

   Amazing food, great service! I ordered from Magic Grill for the first time and was really impressed. The chicken was perfectly cooked – juicy inside with a crispy coating, and the wings were probably the best I’ve had in Cardiff! The portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh. I also loved that they put the salad on the side, keeping everything nice and crisp. Delivery was fast and the driver was very friendly. Will definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend!

   Food wasn't packaged properly and the box collapsed as soon as we walked out of the shop. We went back to ask for a refund but the staff were rude and unhelpful, they refused to offer any refund or replacement.

   This is usually my regular go to when I cba cooking. Usually fine, sometimes they get it wrong but I'm easy going I let it slide. Tonight, they've completely sent the wrong food, waited an hour not to happy but mistakes happen. Phoned them and received nothing but attuide. Told them I dont want the food and I want my money back. He told me he won't do it because the 'boss' wasn't in then put the phone down on me!
