Went in for dinner at the Stone and Ivy restaurant on a Sunday evening. There was a function using the events room which was clearly very busy, but it didn't impact the service we received or the wait times at all. Staff were friendly, attentive and provided good service. The food was also really good, although a little pricey. Good food, in a pretty setting with a relaxed feel.

Loved it. Cheeky 1 nighter with work and tended to opt away from the usual Travel lodge stuff. Ridiculously cheap as well. Booked the top level room for sub £100, had a large bed, massive bathroom with separate bath/shower, 2 sinks, sofa, large TV, large drawers/wardrobe and 2 massive bay windows. Honestly felt like the highlife. Dinner/Breakfast also amazing and well priced. Will 100% stay again.

This stay was for a business trip and the room was ok, although in need of a little TLC and modernisation, and a repeating sound like a valve opening every hour meant I didn't get a good night's sleep. The hotel itself has a lot of history, which is worth reading up on. The large bar area had some nice features but a slightly odd seating layout, and the food was nice and priced as expected. As for breakfast, it was really good, the best part of the stay. Also the staff were all helpful and polite. Possibly another room would have allowed me to get a good night's sleep and my score would be different.

We stayed for 2 nights due to a family funeral. A double and a twin room. Staff were really friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We had a drink in the bar and a meal in the restaurant as a treat on our last night. Delicious food was provided with a smile and efficiency. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. A difficult, sad time was made easier. Thank you.

We stayed here for my sisters wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. But for us it was the location and grounds themselves that truly made the stay brilliant. It is beautiful and was the perfect setting for a wedding. I would love to stay here again!

My daughters wedding 5/11/22. Cannot recommend Weston Hall enough. The venue has some age in it & gives a great atmosphere. Rooms are a good size & comfortable beds made for a good nights sleep, followed by a wonderful breakfast. The staff were amazing - cleaners, waiters, reception, organisers were so helpful, friendly & polite. The food was just incredible, 70 guests with varied catering needs were all tended to. The food all came out on time, no one having a cold plate while waiting for others. - so again, full marks to the Chef & catering team. So a big THANKYOU to all at Weston Hall for making my daughters wedding so special, you were all a big part making that day very special.

The room was comfortable, although I had trouble closing the window, with the Ivy coming in. Lamps at either side of the bed were very dusty. Breakfast was a couple of dried bacon rashers. The few mushrooms were shrivelled. Sausage was tough. A few people sent there's back, some a second time. Building is steeped in history. But is in need of freshening up. Drinks are pretty high priced. Staff are really helpful, apart from a man.who started clearing up the chairs and tables, whilst people were coming back from the bar with their drinks. It seemed as if he wanted to get off shift quickly.

Attended a wedding here in August. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for the outdoor ceremony. Inside the hotel is very rustic and stylish for the period of the house.
