   We had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Sa**ab during our visit on 15.11.25. We were asked if we wanted to use self-service, and when we explained that we preferred not to because we had a baby with us, the staff member seemed clearly unhappy about it. Her attitude felt grumpy and unwelcoming, which made the interaction uncomfortable. After making the payment, the purchased items were left on the counter for us to bag ourselves. We had to ask the staff to pack the items for us, which added to the poor experience. On a positive note, other staff members were friendly, and the shop had a good range of stock.

   A great store to find clothing, lingerie and homeware clothing ranging from Womens to men’s to children’s and footwear and home wear. There’s always something for someone and there’s luggage available as well. There is plenty of parking available which is free changing rooms are comfortable and spacious.

   Fabulous helpful staff. A lady supported me with my shopping and checked I wasn't missing out on any vouchers that had been sent to me. Ended up saving £12 on my purchase. Great store!

   Second time I've been in the last three months and never again! First time I was followed around the store by none discreet store detectives ( I've never stolen anything in my life but felt so uncomfortable I just bought something near the till to get out ) Went Sunday with a friend and purchased £ 70 +items waited over 5 minutes before a till was available, only self service! It didn't scan one item so there being no staff about I banged on the counter really loud until a member of staff arrived who had to scan the last three items " because of a problem with the bar code " I had to just put my items on a heap next to the till as there's no room to pack anything, This is the worst experience of shopping? I have ever had, to top it all I wanted to pay with cash and couldn't only card which meant I had to mess around moving money from one account to another! Never again will I shop there again! Maybe if you took some staff off following innocent shoppers around and put them behind the tills you could provide a decent service!!!!

   Lazy staff already closed 5 minutes from closing time. Told the staff I just wanted to collect a parcel and the Asian woman who works there was just chatting with some other staff and wouldn't let me in. Absolutely hate it when shops close early because staff are that selfish and impatient. Disgraceful.

   Tow of the ladies one is Asian and the other is white only two who asking you for using the card machine which i have never use it Asked for help the white lady very rude loud Iwas not happy at all the wayshe treated me in not acceptable she needs to do her job that is all i can asked for.

   The location is quite accessible, and they ha e different types of clothings for every budget, affordable and really good quality items. I bought a lot of clothes, even though it was my first time there but I saw a lot of nice items that were affordable.....so why not?
