I honestly regret ever stepping foot into this place. The food looked like it had been sitting out for days, and the smell was enough to make me lose my appetite immediately. The taste? Imagine cardboard soaked in old oil—that would have been an improvement compared to what I was served. The portion sizes were insultingly small, yet somehow still managed to feel heavy and greasy. The presentation was a joke; it looked like someone had thrown everything onto the plate without the slightest care. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. If you value your stomach, your time, or even basic human decency, avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The place is on a busy street, and they seem to have good items on the menu. I got a chicken shawarma plate, and it wasn't good. The rice was good, but the meat was old and dry.

This is a lovely Kurdish shawarma eatery. We had complimentary soup before we had our meal and complimentary tea afterwards. Excellent service and great care for the patrons. The bulgar (instead of rice & fries ) was amazing too. And, as a naan bread lover, the naan bread was fresh out of the tandoor, which makes the meal even more delicious. I think I've just found my new favourite place to eat in City Road. Excellent!

The seating was great. We were a family of five and they created a table for us, even though from the outside all tables were 4seaters. We ordered the qouzi and the mixed grill. We also ordered the falafel with hummus. Over all the food was delicious. My only quirk was that the falafels were very small, which is unusual. They were one bite each. The shawarmas are delicious, I’ve tried those at a different visit. Worth a visit if you’d like to try something new.

A regular visitor here. Amazing food and ambience. The staff (didn’t catch her name) is super friendly and hospitable. We’ve tried the shawarmas, kebabs, wraps, grills, the yogurt milk and quite a few other stuffs too from their menu. Liked the quality and quantity of each of them. Shawarma wrap for 3.99£ is so filling! They’d also give a free glass of tea every-time. The ambience is also amazing. It’s a place that can seat many customers and is well decorated. I’ve seen it mostly full almost every time I’ve visited, yet it’s clean and well maintained, and the service is really fast. I haven’t encountered anything that I disliked there so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ menu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ value for money Verdict: A good spot to hangout with some Arabian food.

Tasty lamb shawarma; succulent shards of meat with salad and sauce in a pillowy warm bread. Juices from the meat kept the wrap soft and full of flavour. Friendly service too.
