Went to buy a baby shower present and when I came home and removed the price tag, it revealed the actual price which is low on both products I bought. This is deceitful and not a good customer experience. Be careful when shopping at JoJo madman Bebe in Leamington Spa.
Came in for a gift and got a jellycat. Not a big selection at all, think there was about 5 to pick from but the woman on the till was sweet.
Really poor service - went to exchange a gift. The shop assistant told me she’d accidentally refunded my friend instead of doing an exchange. Embarrassing convo with friend confirmed that no refund had been received, but I was given no proof of refund… lost outfit and money!
Really disappointed, went here to exchange a top for my baby son which was given as a gift. I spoke to the woman at the entrance who just fobbed me off, firstly told me the top is an old line stock so no longer available so cannot exchange and also as it’s a gift it has limited time for exchange which isn’t mentioned on there t&cs. Checked on their website and the top was actually still available so I just went to another store who did the exchange without any issue. The website doesn’t mention anything about old stock not being able to be exchanged. Not sure if I was targeted or the woman has no knowledge of their own clothing range and terms and conditions, overall it was a poor experience and I felt fobbed off as I wasn’t welcome.
Excellent customer service, we arrived close to closing time, we were welcomed in, encouraged with information, support and advice. Both shop assistants knew their range and gave us the full VIP treatment.
So impressed with the customer service! I left a negative review for an item and they contacted me immediately to offer a replacement. I went to the leamington spa shop where they apologised, looked up my order history and gave me a replacement, no questions asked! Wow. They gave my toddler a balloon and even had a changing room with nappy supplies for our new born. Makes shopping a pleasure. Thank you! The American member of staff who dealt with us was absolutely lovely!
