Very small shop. Not a lot off chose on teens school shoes maybe like 5 different ones, not the best choice for adults as well. Came Sunday at 10:30 . No customers around but no staff around as well
Good quality footwear and well set out store. They have lovely and kind staff! I have a pair of shoes bought a long time ago from here that is still very comfortable and good quality!
This lovely young man I think his name was Shaan was helping me browse I was saddened to find that they didn’t help my size but the gent was very helpful and deserves a raise.
Good variety, the Asian staff is very friendly.

Very dissatisfied! I bought shoes for a child in this store, only 2 months have passed and the shoes have come unglued. Does this happen?? 28 pounds spent for nothing
We went there to grab some comfy shoes for my wife and usually I hate shoe shopping but the assistant in there (Sim) was incredibly helpful. Helped us pick some shoes that my wife loves and entertained our daughter at the same time! The best bit in and out in 15 mins!
In store yesterday afternoon. Only one member of staff, (Sim) on the shop floor. Running around like a headless chicken. Serving customs at the till, then sorting out our query. We were in store for a good 45 mins. A big store like that should surely have more staff.
The shoes are such poor quality, I feel sorry for the money I waste every time I buy shoes from here as I can't wear the shoes and have to put them in the bin. Something that is so hard on my feet that I can't walk in I would never give it away to someone else. Two weeks ago I bought school shoes for my child, they lasted for a week as the material peeled off.
