   I like the shoes, they are good quality. I thought the staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful even though the shop was rather quiet; I was so excited to get my son's first walkers and the young lady got frustrated because my 14 month old wouldn't keep his foot still.

   We always get my sons school shoes from Clarks due to the length of time they last, they are by far the best shoes for active primary school kids. Yes they cost more but we don't have to replace them for a long time. The staff size and select the best size and shoes for you. They are very helpful and friendly. The young lady who served us at the weekend was so nice, she was checking stock, making recommendations, talking to my 9 year son and helping him tie his laces. She made the experience much easier by being welcoming and professional. Although they were out of stock of some items, we were limited in the style and size at the time we could have ordered online if we wanted but we did find some with their help.
