Staff were very pleasant and experienced. I bought my 16 month in to have his feet measured and he was very restless but the staff member was patient and made great suggestions for shoes. Only thing to bear in mind is that the kids area is up stairs so you will need to leave prams downstairs.

I casually dropped in because it was next to me as I was walking down the street. I didn't really need shoes but I always want shoes because I'm a woman. I had a look around but wasn't too sure until Ewan came up and assisted me. He gave me the shoes I was looking at (like both of the shoes, not just the one) and it turned out I loved them! It's been like 4 weeks and I've worn these shoes a lot and I still love them so thank you Ewan. If it wasn't for him I would've just left and these lovely shoes would not belong to me... Close one there! #shoelove
Doesn’t seem to have as much choice as what they used to have and seems expensive in there. They could do with a lift as the children’s section is upstairs so push chairs and prams need to be left downstairs. Staff seemed friendly and helpful
Went to get our 2 year old daughters feet measured for some new shoes. Ewan was very polite and helpful throughout. Will be back again when our daughter grows out of her new shoes.
excellent experience in store few days ago. Nav was fantastic in her customer service and knowledge of products and even offered cleaning tips while at till, to ensure i get a good life from my new shoes.

Fantastic service from Ewan and the entire staff at the Solihull branch. I needed some top quality work shoes that were comfortable. Found the perfect loafer/moccasins. These style of suede shoes with great cushion, nice design, good quality are hard to come by. NHS discount 20%.....can't complain. Ewan was well spoken and went out of his way to help me out. Always worth investing in Clarks for top quality shoes for comfort.
