   Went to the store in Plymouth and the young man (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) was brilliant. Gave me time to try on many different styles, I didn’t feel rushed & went away with a couple of pairs of very comfy shoes. Thank you

   Staff didn't acknowledge me at all when walking into shop, trying shoes on, they were too busy talking, so left. Today walked in both sitting on chairs talking, I got hello, then they carried on talking, I browsed for 5 mins walked out as no acknowledgement again. Then walked past shop again both sitting on chairs gossiping. Need to sort staff out your loosing customers.

   Went into the Solihull shop with my 74 yr old mom who has difficult feet. Based on their online blurb I thought it would be ideal. The woman couldn't have cared less and advised us to go to another shop. Not even a bit of a suggestion for mens options or trainers. Went to Clarks, very helpful

   I am so impressed with the staff at this store. I popped in a couple of weeks ago just to browse, but asked about something I had seen on the website (which was out of stock online) just in case store stock was different. They confirmed they wouldn't have anything different. I needed to try on a different size shoe, at which point one of the ladies starting asking me about the shoes I had enquired about earlier - what was the style etc. She then went back to the storeroom, & came back with a pair of the exact shoes I wanted! She knew exactly what she'd got in stock (it was the size that clinched it for her) & went looking for them. She had them in 2 colours - need I say that I bought both pairs, plus the sandals I was trying on at the time! I love this shop & can't recommend it highly enough

   I was “only looking” for a pair of trainers. Both lady assistants were very friendly and helpful. They were eager for me to actually buy the ones I liked but in a very friendly and “jokey” way. I am at home now about to phon3 to ask them to reserve them for me. A good experience which makes on3 feel welcome and important. Excellent!

   Terrible product knowledge and customer service. Didn't know any of the sizing and repeatedly told me shoes werent in stock which i then found on shelf. Expected more from a dedicated store...you should know your stock and sizing! Bad attitude from one of the staff members. If you want to buy reiker go to another shop to get it.

   Did not like shop assistants attitude was looking for shoes for my mum when I walked in with mask and already sanitised from leaving shop next door hands still damp. Picked up a pair of shoes she said "we don't like people touching our shoes" ok fine didn't like way in which she said it. Awful attitude in this current climate. Went next door to HOF and purchased from Dune where lady was more than happy for me pick up and look and more importantly purchase. With an attitude like that there will be no shoes to pick up as no shop!
