   I was looking for a particular Microwave I saw one on the Sonic website, I rang customer services and spoke to a very nice man who checked stock for me and reserved it for me til I could get there I think his name was Shafaq. When I arrived to pick it up and pay I got the same excellent customer service from the shopfloor staff, they also took it to my car for me a very good experience all round thank you Sonic

   I bought a haier washing machine recently it was recommended by the staff as it has 5yrs guarantee labour and parts.and free delivery i am very happy with the product is excellent ,very quiet operating machine is nice size saved alot of space would definitely recommend to buy 5/5. delivery on time and services excellent

   Thank you very much I don't hardly ever bother doing reviews but I di need to do this one Our oven broke down a few days ago (10 days before Christmas) So needed one quickly on line I came across Sonic Direct and saw the oven I wanted to purchase I had a couple of questions and thought on telephoning I may get the usual several options directing me back to the website fortunately that was not the case Questions answered I thought I again would be directed back to the website but the person I spoke to completed the sale within a couple of minutes with a firm delivery date with all I needed to know. I received the confirmation text for delivery the night before the arranged delivery then received a further text before actual delivery The whole process from beginning to end was simple and worked perfectly Which is why I'm doing this review as so many companies seem to work their system to suit them not the customer so a big thanks to the person who arranged the sale and another big thank hou to the delivery men who brought it straight into the kitchen All from the beginning very friendly but above all professional Thanks Again Graham Cunningham huby

   Warning read this Don't buy oil radiators heater doesn't work doesn't heat the room and I want back to the shop return it get different one the guy at the front desk check still valid. Then he said I can't do return and then for 10 min stand there not talking or helping me so I walk out and never go to the shop by Low or a policy within 28 days you can return it

   Absolutely brilliant service! The box of my toaster arrived damaged and had obviously been opened. After a quick call to customer services the problem was resolved straight away with sincere apologies. Best customer service ever! I would have no qualms whatsoever in ordering from them again

   Helpful staff on the shop floor. Plenty of choice. Good prices. Quality products. Women on checkout (Sunday) could learn some manners, and customer care skills. My elderly 81 year old dad was ignored, and did not have customer care. Charged him extra £5 when he said he didn't want the packaging taking away. She wasn't listening to him and was rude. Coughing out loud.

   I've seen the negative reviews but this is absolutely not my experience. I went to the shop several times to choose, look at and research a new American style fridge freezer. Each time we were greeted by friendly staff who were happy both to talk or leave you to browse. We eventually chose an L. G. model and left a deposit. The shop was happy to keep the unit for several weeks until I had sorted out the kitchen and was ready for delivery. I then chose a delivery date of my choosing. On the morning of delivery I received a phone call to say they had seen a dent in the side of the unit and could not deliver. They had another unit in the warehouse and delivered the following day but I was kept informed at all times. The delivery men were friendly and efficient, taking off the fridge doors and getting the unit into the tightest of spaces before re-assembling and taking away the packaging. First class service and highly recommended.
