   We ordered iphone fully paid. The guy who served us, was blonde,white young guy. Shouted iphone instead of the number, slammed the phone on the counter. We could have got robbed on the way out. No care for our safety either Grabbed the receipt from us and stamped it. And walked away as my sister was asking if thats it. Rude as hell if you hate your job quit. Dont make others feel disrespected. As another of his colleague walked by i said he is rude as hell. (No hi, no bye, no asking is that all) She wore a scarf and glasses. The colleague who walk by Between 3.00 -3.25 check the cameras. 21 December Made me so mad to be dimissed after spending so much money.

   I am genuinely very upset by my experience. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS if I could. The staff showed no respect, their attitude was completely unacceptable. I went in to collect an item without my Argos card, but I had valid ID. At first they said it was fine, then suddenly they chose to call me out infront of everyone telling me to “ bring your Argos card next time”. It was humiliating, unnecessary and made me feel singled out for no reason. I was so angry and embarrassed. I didn’t get their names but it was a group of staff members.

   Absolute awful customer service. Would not let me return a product because i didn't have the extra brown box it came in. Was told that the product wasn't in its original packaging which it clearly was just didn't have the brown extra box. Helen the manager is a disgrace to the company. She is rude, obnoxious and needs retraining . I rang customer services and even the agent on the phone was flabbergasted as to why she wouldn't let me return the product. Then came along andy who was just as bad. I was told regardless of what customer services said it was branch discretion. In the end I went to the keighley branch and they didn't even bat an eyelid. The product was in tip top condition in its packaging and there was no trouble returning in.

He went out of his way to make sure everything was explained clearly and handled in the best way. His professional, respectful, and kind manner made the experience much easier for me. I truly appreciate his support and the excellent customer service he provided

   I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a desk just for my order to be cancelled and refunded with no reasoning at all, mind you it happened 3 times in a row. First time cancelled but assumed it was a stock issue, 2nd time cancelled again, 3rd time there was a delay to collection then they cancelled....on the day of collection. Customer support was useless, closing the chat on me instead of giving a straight answer to why my orders were cancelled on 3 occasions. Argos used to be decent a decade ago, but now it’s just unreliable, frustrating and not worth anyone's time or money. Why I gave them 3 chances? Absolutely no clue I just really wanted my desk.

   Very hurtful people i didn't know how to use the argos browser pads i then asked a girl to come over she starts asking how old am i, i said im 19 i then said why!? her rude answer was that it's cos thats expensive making me out like i dont look old enough to hsve that kind of money so upsetting! to be able to buy a £440 e scooter and im glad i didn't she was stareing at me aswell which i thought was creepy another girl said the same thing to me at the checkout but this time it was have i brought a parent ? How insane even though these girls look like they should be in primary school horrible dont reccomend these cowards.

   Amazing service from Steph.L and Kaya!! I was so worried as I didn’t want to be holding up the que! As I had returns!!! They made me feel comfortable!! They were so patient and dealt with everything effectively! Perfect customer service from them! They deserve a pay rise!! And they delt with me with a smile through out! With the stressful morning I had they just helped cheer me up!!! A perfect example of customer service!!!! Thank you

   Easy access place with ample car parking spaces and automatic doors at entrances which help people with children in prams or wheelchair users etc. Inside it is very spacious, clean and tidy and staff readily available to novices like myself on how to use the computerised screens instead of the catalogues that where not too eco friendly. Every effort is made to help find products in close by stores if not available at this store.
