   I live half an hour away from here. Measured my son’s feet at home with a Clark’s foot measure, popped in to buy him a pair of shoes. When he tried them on at home he said they pinched the back of his heel. I returned them today after 15 days, with a receipt and never worn outside to be told I wasn’t entitled to a refund as 14 days had passed. So I’m £32 out of pocket for shoes I can’t use. Won’t shop at Clarks again as other retailers offer a 30 day return which is more helpful to busy, working parents.

   Outstanding store. It started by being greeted by a member of the team, asking what I was interested in. I needed school shoes for my 11 year old so was directed to another section of the store to queue. I also have 2 Sen children who were getting distressed with queuing and the volume of people. We then saw Isaac who got my 11 year old’s feet measured and because of the distress of my Sen children, mentioned Clark’s offer closed appointments for Sen children and would we be interested to come back at a quieter time. I haven’t had my Sen children’s feet measured because it’s so stressful and weren’t there to buy for them but actually thought, yes, that would be amazing! A wonderful lady called Amy then approached us and rather than offering us an appointment to come back, she took us away from the crowds and said I’ll do it now for you. She took us to a quiet section and my children eventually calmed. They’re in pushchairs and she was unable to measure their feet in their contraptions so we attempted to take them out but they were so content at this point because it was quiet and she spoke so softly that the children were actually happy to be touched by her. Amazing service from start to finish and 3 pairs of shoes purchased rather than just the one. I didn’t think it was physically possibly to measure my Sen children (from past experience) but Amy has restored my faith and I can’t thank her enough for looking after us so well

   I called in last week to buy work shoes . The customer service I received from Bronte was amazing. Helpful, polite , clarks are lucky to have such good staff. I called in again today and was served again by Bronte and also the lovely Chelsea. Again amazing service the girls went above and beyond to help. 10 out of ten . I will be back to shop at clarks soon!.

   Beautiful range of shoes catering for many different sizes. My friend from India was desperate to buy a nice pair of court shoes as a gift for her very exacting sister. We had been to many many different shops in Cardiff Queen Street and then l decided that the best place to take her was the Clarks Outlet and guess what? We found the shoes. We video called her sister and she was ecstatic. So if you are very exacting in your shoes, head over to the Clarks Outlet

   Great set up. Queue out in the rain to get your feet measured then head in to pick your style. Prices are very good. Enjoyable day out with friendly staff who will rush to get you the best fitting shoe. You can rely on Clark's to give you a good solid robust shoe to stomp all over Wales in.
