Great customer service! The staff were really helpful and went to look in the store room for different sizes on multiple occasions! They were also very accommodating when my 2 year old shredded a load of paper from the inside of the shoe boxs! Would definitely shop here again, much better service than ASICS just opposite.
I came into the Bridgend shop today and I was looking for a pair of comfy day to day trainers to wear. I explained to a member of staff that I have issues with plantar fasciitis and I was recommended a pair of the new balance 990s. Although it was very busy, the lady with ginger hair was friendly and helped me with great patience and understood my budget, I was then shown a pair in the clearance section which I tried on and purchased. The blonde lady on the till was also friendly. I will return again , very nice staff
Excellent customer experience, I’ve had surgeries on my foot and chose a pair of shoes, brought it back for a refund and the assistant manager, Holly, was kind, professional and knowledgeable, asked if I’d like to see another shoe, I ended up getting a great offer for the 990. Cracking shop, obviously limited for a verity of different clothes but still a big collection of mens,womens and kids clothes and footwear. I had a brilliant deal on a pair of trainers £135 down to £45.50
