   Waliked in there today well before 5pm & a shop assistant who was talking to people at the till raced across to the door & locked the doors & rudely said to another couple "we are closing"..... shop doesn't close till 5.30pm. At the end of the day there is no need for rudeness to anyone. Even though I needed advice due to the pain I was experiencing in my foot, I swiftly left the shop & certainly won't be returning!!

   The details on Google Maps are totally wrong, and the havent bothered to update with their new location.. Came to Cardiff specifically to visit the store. Searched for about an hour, then rang to ask directions and was told that they didn't know!!!

   By chance my wife and I popped into the Cardiff branch just to see what they had 2 hours later with shoes, socks and new supports for our shoes we were left in no doubt it was the best shipping we did all weekend. The manager was brilliant carrying out all the measurements and advising which insoles were best for us. Next trip to Cardiff we will make this our first stop.

   I have always received excellent care over many years. Handy location not far from Cardiff Central Station or car parking by John Lewis. So not far to walk after a treatment. Alison is particularly good and very nice. Their loyalty card/stamp scheme earns you a discount after a few visits which always helps.
