Have been before and food was excellent, today when me and my friend went we asked for our drink to be served with food got told that was ok, but lady with short hair behind counter brought it well before food so we told her we wanted it with the food she didn't like it. When food came she brought it again but was very miserable , no smile no sorry was very arrogant and made us feel uncomfortable, she put the drinks on the table we said thank you and then walked away had no manners what do ever. Then because we said something to us she basically argued with us. This lady needs to go on a customer training course to learn how to look after customers .we ate then left doubt if we will go there again.as the his experience with the member of staff has put us off. Even tho the food is excellent and the rest of staff were happy and smiling it's a shame out lunch was ruined.

Delicious breakfast I had with tea to drink and friendly service would recommend it

Not eaten here yet, but when my daughter fell outside their shop, two staff members came out to help, gave her a lolly and a tissue. If they have such kind people working there, I think it must be worth a visit.

I'm a little bit upset about this place. A year ago this was the best cafe for miles but unfortunately after my wife and I went this morning I won't be going back. We decided to pop in for breakfast this morning, it wasn't very busy so we both ordered the big breakfast and waited.... coffee came and we waited, and waited finally the breakfast came out and what a difference a year has made. The eggs were overcooked (solid yoke) the bacon was so hard I nearly broke a tooth, the hash browns were mushy and fell apart, the sausages tasted cheap and the toast was cold and soggy. I don't know what's happened but I won't be paying almost 11 quid for a substandard breakfast again. Sadly from the best to almost the worse (still better than tescos cafe).

Small flat white £2.80 which is very expensive looking at other cafes in the area ( not including the chains which I don't frequent). No waitress service you have to go to them and pay by cash only which is inconvenient. The coffee was also tepid so I drank it straight down and for that price it needs to be hot. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend. Also not wheelchair friendly.

I come here daily , its the best place in town and hot chocolate to die for . The people who own this are beautiful people always make you feel welcome and I've formed a lovely friendship with them . The food is great wether it be a snack or a full meal , never disappointed, so much love for this place ❤️

Clearly cheap, awful, microwaveable soup which tastes dreadful. Great service though. I’ll return for a cup of tea but certainly won’t go for lunch again.
