Made an uber order and when i complained about the order NOT BEING HERE. An employee's response was "not my problem", horrible service
Sent a beef burger not lamb what I ordered. No cheese on chips and wrong drink. I have reported them everywhere
Worst response from shop. Gone to shop no one was in the counter. Called for the staff for 5 minutes I can hear stqff talking from inside. Even they csn hewr me they just pretend they never hewrd it. Worst service.
Ordered on Uber Eats, and as you can see on the receipt, they were clearly meant to provide two separate pizzas in different sizes. However, when I called them, they attempted to gaslight me, stating that only one pizza was included. If that's the case, they should configure Uber Eats to reflect one pizza, regardless of size. In the past, they provided two, but the last time I ordered from them, they gave only one and then acted as if it was always meant to be that way, which is unacceptable. Even their delivery driver tried it, but I will no longer be their customer if they fail to provide the advertised service.
They are very nice and food Is decent... But they schould change that menu on the Wall , i can't stand to pizza "margarita" or pizza "PROSCUITTO" c'mon, u ran a business, if u try to use italians Word to look Cool, at least spell them correctly , It Is "MARGHERITA " and "PROSCIUTTO"
Disgusting service. Received my pizza 30 minutes late after calling 3 times. The owner was HORRIBLY RUDE on the phone. Have never been spoken to in that way, let alone by a restaurant manager/owner. Actually shocked at the service. Not to mention the pizza itself was disgusting and dry. Highly do NOT recommend.
Ordered food delivery was late and burger was missing fries. I also ordered Deep pan pizzas and got thin crust, called the shop to rectify the mistake and person on the phone said " are deep pan" and hung up. Terrible experience.
1st & last time ordering from here, I ticked no to every choice for the sauces which to me would obviously mean NO Mayonnaise yet all 3 of our burgers had Mayonnaise on them !! Took them straight back inside & told him the orders were not supposed to have mayo on as we have allergies and he replied " so you don't want the Mayonnaise "? Errm that's correct we don't or I'd of said yes on the online order form. We then had to sit in my car & wait for our order to be cooked again. He came to the car with the food and apologised which was a point to him so that can be his 1 star but we won't use this popeyes again. I'm just glad I make my daughter's check their food before eating it or the result could of been very bad. Note to Popeyes( Be more careful checking people's orders or you could kill someone) it's not just you, believe me so many takeaways and big fast food restaurants ' McDonalds/KFC etc' don't take the couple of seconds to check or listen properly to customers and that ends up with annoyed customers and wasted food.
The man serving and making the pizza had a very rude attitude. He continuously got the order for me and my daughters wrong- wrong topping wrong base. I would not recommend as my daughter had an allergic reaction to the base that I specifically told the man not to use. Tried to gaslight me telling me that I asked for the order when in fact he did get it wrong. Please do not order from this place if you value your health and sanity. And the manager of that place seriously needs to be reviewed very rude man.
