   Just had a breakfast here and it was shocking ..even my 8 year old grandson did not like his ..it’s dirty and the staff look grubby ,no hair nets ..miserable ..no wonder it was quiet

   Just had a two breakfasts the food was hot tasty and arrived quickly . Staff were all pleasant and helpful and it was very reasonable priced will definitely go again

   Rude and unhelpful man behind the counter and if could roll his eyes and louder you would have heard them! If you don’t want to work in hospitality or any service industry don’t!!! Absolutely appalling and rude service! Utterly shameful!!!

   Went to Cafe which wasn't busy only to be told that we would have to wait 25 mins for our food because he had to wash up. How disgusting that the washing up came before the paying customer. Hence we have put a complaint in. !!!

   I was the first customer in the cafe at 9-45 the coffee was hot and brought to our table Lovely. The windows overlooking the foodhall are disgusting the floor under the the windows is black has food debris and dust encrusted on the floor. Not nice at all and needs attention.

   The staff are slow to act and seem depressed. The salad dressing wasn't mixed into the Caeser salad. There is no finesse to the service and the staff look completely disinterested. A distinct lack of professionalism...
