   Been waiting in bri for almost 8 hours and really wanted a frappe asked and 1 person said yeh and then the other 1 refused it said we dont have the powder to make it.. even refused a cold hot chocolate surly you do have the powder for that... dont think they could be botherd to make one so refused it..

   Disappointing experience. Visited mid afternoon.Rude and surly staff on the counter. Abrupt and unfriendly. In a location where you are serving customers either in hospital, attending appointments or visiting patients please try to make it a welcoming and friendly environment

   Located inside of the hospital, its very convenient if you've got an appointment or are visiting. All range of drinks that you know and love from a costa only difference being its inside a hospital.

   A good-enough café outlet within a large, airy foyer in Bradford Teaching Hospital and Bradford Royal Infirmary. Has the standard choices across sandwiches, drinks and pastries. We found the coffee good, the pastries a bit flat and stale versus the expectation / what we usually are used to.
