A very nice brunch. Lovely to see a gathering of ladies working on their knitting etc whilst having tea.

Lovely lunch, today, that came piping hot and delicious. Recommend the hot beef sandwich.... The meat just broke up in the mouth!

A lot of money for nothing. Had full breakfast and it was terrible. Sausages were the cheapest nasties, the best thing going for it were that it was small. High price should me quality ingredients

Lovely little gem of a cafe and dog friendly too. Able to reserve a table if your ring or pop in which is great. Cakes are homemade and are lovely. Mocha is an especially nice hot drink one of the best I've tasted. Not tried the hot food yet but will be revisiting soon.

We attended the RSPCA dog funday held at Kershaws Garden Centre and fancied a bite and a cuppa. Unfortunately, the Enchanted Tea Garden had finished serving hot food, but there was a delicious selection of cakes to choose from. We enjoyed a large slice of Marsbar cake served with cream and ice-cream. Although the tearoom was nearing closing time the staff were friendly.

Called today with lunch with Friends. Had cheese on toast with some extra bacon which was excellent. Great coffee and polite attentive Staff. Well worth a visit. Lovely selection of homemade cakes as well.

I found it very expensive for what we got No kids breakfast option.. Instead just a 'pick 4 items for £4.99'. I spent £18 on a breakfast for myself and my 4 year old and a drink each. Much cheaper options available so while it's a lovely place I probably won't visit again

This cafe has really gone downhill. Food prices have got very high. £2.50 for a small coffee is just silly. Sometimes the cafe is very cold and the heaters are not on. In the back room the doors to rooms where the freezers are often are left open - I have just had a meal looking at a mop and bucket in the freezer room with its door open. I tried to shut the door myself; I know why it's always open the catch does not hold the door closed so it just flies open when somebody's been in there. Staff are certainly not as friendly as the used to be. There always seems to be a new person learning the job there. They don't listen to you when you make an order so they often get it wrong. Last time we went they got four things that we asked for wrong. The food, when you eventually get it it, is very nice but the atmosphere has gone downhill since the garden centre took over the cafe once more. Yes the carpet has been cleaned or replaced but the whole atmosphere is dreary. It used to be a nice place to sit down and enjoy your meal and I wonder now whether it's at all worth going. I used to go regularly and have meals there but really now can't afford it and I don't have to put up with the staff not listening when I order things. This is not a grudge review it is an honest review from a person who wishes that this cafe was like it used to be before the garden centre took over running it. They management of the garden centre need to put a lot of effort into making this cafe like it used to be.

Nice lunch with friendly staff, we went to the back with kids to avoid antagonising rather genteel looking older people, it was a bit draughty but nice. Generous baked potatoes and quiche, basic fayre done well.
