He took the time to explain how they make the coffee, and he did it all with a warm, friendly smile. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and passionate about what they do. Five stars for David — he truly made my experience great!

   Every time we come in we have to clear pots of a table, basically do there job! Went in today same clear a table them got given dirty cup!! Bad management. Should be on top for clearing tables so customers can sit.

   I really enjoy going to this Costa & meeting up with friends. Staff are great. What stops me giving it 5* is the fact that there isn’t a particularly comfortable seat in the place & they could all do with a bit of a clean too!!

   I love Costa. I buy 1-2 coffees daily and I rarely have a bad thing to say. On this occasion I was in the Leicester area. Closing time for this particular Costa was listed as 5.30pm on Google, so I took a detour and arrived at the counter at 4.58pm to order. A bolshie woman told us they were closed, telling me they close at 5pm not 5.30pm! (Surely if this were the case they’d be serving for another 2 minutes since it was 4.58pm). I showed her the time on my phone and she just shrugged her shoulders and told us we had to leave. It was still 4.58pm when I walk out the door. She was obviously tired, bored and wanted to go home early. Shame.
