   This has the potential to be a great Costa, but the location lets it down. On the high street in Oadby; where there is absolutely no parking is not great for popping in. Inside it is lovely and spacious, with great seating. The coffee and beverages are as expected in a Costa, so no complaints there.

   This was the worst staff coffee, the staff is like traffic police, they check if you ate something or even if you drink water which you buy from outside. I bought earl grey tea there (1 year ago) and I lived there in that time(they have potential customer) but there are women staff which has mental problem there and even if you buy coffee/tea there they are checking if I ate small cookies/ chocolate (I just bought from next store m&s). The women staff there are the worst in Uk

   I made an order for more than £30 through Just Eat for the staff of our business. After a 2 hour wait with the status stating driver is at the store, the order was processed as delivered yet we hadn’t received anything. No customer service number or direct line to the store so I will now have to go through the long process of reclaiming my money back through Just Eat.

   There is no 0 star so have to give 1. I really disappointed with here whenever I had to go. The staff are not welcome to me and my kid. Always try to warn something with our table. Once, they asked me to clean around with bringing broom although I always leave my table clean. Its the worst Costa ever. I really not recommend here especially who has children.

   Oadby Costa - Absolutely love this coffee shop. Me and my friend go every sat morning. They are very child friendly. The staff are amazing. Especially the manager and manager assistant Laura who have amazing customer service. And Laura is a credit to her team. Well done
