Very welcoming pub we stopped of here on our way to a party very nice staff the barman even offered to ring a taxi fir us but we declined lovely pub
Called in while out for a walk. Friendly place, would like to see some hand pull beers back on. Will call again.

Staff are so friendly so are the locals, great place with good choice of booze
Great time .. fantastic staff ...great beers...football was on all there TVs...free shots all round when we scored half time and when game ended....going back this weekend!!!
Real local for good company and a good crack. Good choice of drinks and guest beers. Sports on screens and children and dogs welcome. Never a dull moment
Wish I could give this place 0 stars Went into watch the boxing fight and ok knew it would be busy and noisey but as soon as I walk in we get the typical look of you are an outsider why are you here. Sit down and start watching the t.v then right away I'm involved with a 30 year running domestic where the husband is calling his wife a lying c**t to say he has never hit her... Umm by the way he speaks to her and semi lashes out at her I'm thinking yer ok mate you don't hit her. So after that we see the tracksuit parade turn up and must be training for the London marathon as they pace so much between the loo and the pool room. (Rubbish coke as need to sniff every 4 minutes) Thankfully the boxing eventually began but as one gentleman asked for the volume to be turned up so we could actually be half civilised in this rat hole it seemed the louder you could shout over the volume the more dole money you got. Please read this and never set place in this so called public establishment.
