Wonderful pub, one of the best pints of Tetley's in Bradford, and very reasonably priced, ie I got 3 pints for less than a tenner

Atrocious, wish I could give zero stars. I visited this pub last night was a group of friends after a meal across the road. Only two of us didn't order at the bar as we felt a little bloated after our food. One of the ladies (if you could describe her as such) immediately got confrontational about us not ordering a drink right away, and went on an over the top rant, loudly for all to hear, that we were rude for having not ordered. Before I had chance to respond she proceeded to make crass and derogatory remarks about us, to whom I assume was a local, right in front of our faces. Very strange experience, I have never met someone so confrontational and aggressive over nothing. If you're not local, don't bother visiting. There are some fantastic pubs just up the road; The New Line & The Cracker Barrel, the latter of which is owned by lovely couple - Paul and Kirsty who ensure you feel welcome and serve a cracking selection of rotating guest ales, alongside well known lager brands.

Great friendly pub. Incredibly friendly for kids (including hyperactive 5 year olds!) and cheap but lovely pizzas. Quiz on a Sunday teatime which is fun, a laugh and not taken seriously. Highly recommend

Cosy friendly place. Reasonably priced. a traditional pub just how it was and should be. Very friendly and very well run. 18.02.22 Glad this gem of a pub survived the covid. Best Tetleys around and at £2 a pint, beer heaven...

Very friendly atmosphere, just recently been been decorated. Has a separate gin bar which is currently getting renovated. Kirsty (owner) is very welcoming to new punters. A good selection of lagers, ales and ciders to choose from.

I'm being Santa's little helper for a well known parcel carrier and was delivering in the area today. I called in to borrow the toilet, as I said to the lady behind the bar "it would be damned rude not to have a gill" I'd like to call again some time and maybe stop for a couple of hours, maybe on a Sunday. Seems like a good little pub
