   200 Degrees is a chain with a couple dozen locations around the UK, but I guess it's small enough to not feel guilty for going here instead of Leicester's many independent places? They had a scheme once where customers could bring in donations and a get a complementary coffee, which I think speaks well of them. The quality of the coffee is really great, and if you like good coffee you can but their products and take them home, yum! The food is good but their options are limited and you'd better off going to a proper lunch place for food. Their food is good, it's just not good bang for the buck. Their baked goods on the other hand are really nice! The location is a beautiful converted building with a great atmosphere. It's a cosy and classy coffeehouse. It's a place you can work on your laptop or chat away with your friends for hours. There is outdoor seating on the pedestrian Market Street which is great in the summer. They also do take-away of course. Customer toilets available.

   I always enjoy visiting 200 Degrees Coffee in Leicester because it has a genuinely warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. It is a very popular spot and there always seems to be a steady flow of people, especially those who like to sit outside and enjoy the street view. You can tell that many of the same customers return again and again, which gives the place a familiar and community focused feel. The selection of coffee is excellent and the quality is always impressive. Every drink feels carefully made and the flavours are consistently rich and smooth. It is the kind of place where you can try something new or enjoy your usual order and be confident that it will be done well every time. Inside, the environment is incredibly relaxed and comfortable. It is a great place to work because there are many plug points, the seating is generous and the team maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere. I find it easy to focus there because the background noise is gentle and the space feels welcoming without being distracting. The lighting and layout also help create a cosy and productive setting where you can easily spend a few hours. Overall, this is one of the best coffee spots in Leicester for quality, comfort and character. Whether you want a quiet place to work, a social catch up or just a really good drink, it delivers every time.

   The coffee is great and the vibes used to be amazing however recently they’ve just made the music so loud and obnoxious - not even nice coffee shop music just random pop charts type stuff that it makes it impossible to focus on work despite noice cancelling headphones - even conversing with someone if you’re near the speakers is hard. Told staff several times to turn the music down only to be told it’s on some pre agreed level or for it to be turned back up later Great shop, great staff , great food but completely ruined by loud music

   A charming and delightful coffee shop that only accepts credit card payments. They serve your orders directly to your table. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, due to a small team, orders may take a bit longer when the place gets busy. We only tried the hot chocolate, which was delicious and quite impressive. Overall, it’s a well-run establishment with seating available both indoors and outdoors.

   Great atmosphere. Plenty of wall sockets to charge your phone / laptop. Lots of people seem to visit to either chill and relax, or to get some work done. We visited to get some work done and can highly recommend it. The place gets slightly loud in the afternoon but not too distracting if you don't mind background noise. Food is also pretty good and decently priced. Plenty of choices for small nibbles. Service was excellent and very friendly too.

   Used to be my go to spot for coffee in Leicester for a very long time. In this review I'll begin by stating my reasons for this. However, I will end with my reason that it no longer gets my frequent patronage. The coffee is of a nice quality and with the right barista behind the bar it can be made very well and enjoyed at any time of day. And with locations in many major cities it is nice to have a place to find comfort when visiting a new place for the first time. The staff are very friendly and do start to chat if they begin to recognise you. Combining that with the loyalty card that they offer serves to bring a huge sense that customer loyalty is respected here. The atmosphere is comfortable, and with plugs on many walls it is an adequate place to work. However, with the advent of the cost of living crisis the price of the coffee here has risen shockingly quickly and far above the price of a close competitor of which serves vastly superior coffee. For example, in February this year the Flat White cost £2.60 and now costs 60p more. The location nearby costs £3 for the same drink but with single origin, finely roasted beans, pulled by an expert barista. It is for these reasons that this coffee shop has earned only 4* rather than 5*.

   Brilliant coffee shop in a beautiful space that offers privacy for chats and meetings, airy high ceilings and cool decor, along with excellent drinks and yummy-looking food. I'll be back to try some of the sandwiches soon, maybe to work on my laptop or just chat again with the friendly staff. Such a relaxed space in the centre of Leicester!
