I went to Costa coffee St George's Retail park last Saturday. The place was spotless & the 2 workers Marcus & Emma were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be going here again. I think it's one of the best costas.
Staff that makes you feel unwelcome. I've been going to Costa for a very long time, but I won't do it again. The staff is extremely unfriendly and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. They don't really care about the drinks and constantly mix them up, which is a sign of very poor management in this particular store. Additionally, the level of customer service was terrible. The drinks you receive are not worth the price you pay.
Ordered an Mint Chocolate frappe but it didn't turn out nice. It perhaps had one too many pumps of mint in it and they didn't have whipped cream either. I'll continue buying my frappes from the Thurmaston Costa instead.
Nice Costa Shop. Has seating inside and outside. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Costa Coffee and muffins are great. Great place to have a coffee and chat with friends. Definitely worth a visit.

This Costa is usually not too busy as it's tucked away at the back of the Highcross Centre. Friendly staff and comfy chairs.Just the place to relax and get some work done or just a good natter (!)
Such an amazing location with so many great things. Staff were very friendly and inviting from the moment I entered, and the drink was prepared in no time! The atmosphere is so soothing and incredibly relaxing. I ordered a red summer berries fruit cooler and it did exactly that. I got hit with a mouthful of refreshing and delicious fruit and it was perfect for a day of running around. The decor is up to Costa standards, and everything is impeccable and clean. Would recommend this location a million times over!
A nice sized branch of Costa on the first floor of the Highcross centre (not to be confused with the branch inside Debenhams on the lower floor or the branch outside on the corner of Shires Lane and Freeschool Lane that Costa refer to as Costa High Cross). There's the usual selection of Costa drinks and food with a decent amount of seating and an accessible toilet. Being inside the Highcross centre it can get quite busy and service does seem to be slow at times but generally I enjoy drinking here with my family.
