Very happy with the service! 11 year old washing machine stopped spinning. I asumed the motor brushes had worn out. Brett came round confirmed that was the issue and replaced them straight away. In and out in 30 minutes. I will be using him again for any other appliance issues. Fast, friendly and very helpful!
I telephoned for assistance with a 14-year-old washing machine. The person I spoke to quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly stated that a replacement was better than a repair even though he does not do replacements and would not benefit from this. I appreciated the honest advice he gave and will definitely use his services for any repairs which may be necessary for other appliances in the future.

I rang Brett after being passed his number by another company that I have used before who were fully booked. Brett got back to me quickly which was good because the washing machine issue was at my work place and is used multiple times every day. After I described the problem Brett suggested something that I could try myself. He messaged me a few days later to ask if it had worked but I wasn’t in work for the next few days so I said I would let him know if next week. This week, he messaged me again and let him know that his suggestion had worked. I wasn’t blown away that he didn’t make any money from my call yet he followed up with me twice. Customer service like this just doesn’t happen often anymore. I would highly recommend Brett and will be to anyone I hear needing a washing machine e engineer. Thank you Brett.

Would definitely recommend this appliance repair business to everyone. Brett came within a day of my getting in touch and fitted a new element in the cooker, and also sorted out the oven light bulb which had broken in the socket. Very professional service at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely call on him again when the need arises.
