Terrible service here, staff seem to be distracted with talking to each other and clearly do not care about their customers. Have only visited twice and will not be returning after visiting today, was rudely spoken to by the lady at the till and paid more than I should have for my order.

In most ways, this is a typical Starbucks, but it can be extremely busy because of its location on campus. The staff do a decent job of contending with the throngs. Coffee and food are good; again it's typical of Starbucks. Unlike Starbucks, they won't accept Starbucks gift cards, apparently because they're a franchise
Great service, cannot fault the staff at all. The missing star is because of the non standard small espresso drinks i.e a cortado or properly proportioned macchiato.
Service terrible. Got a simple order (coffee frappuccino with almond milk) wrong three times. Women serving couldn't understand. Had to repeat the order several times and then the guy making it got wrong three times. Would highly recommend NOT to use this Shitbucks.
Coffee shop inside Leicester's Student Union, it has a limited menu compared to standalone stores. But the service there is usually fast, but watch out for queues well into the morning and at lunch times. Ran by student staff, sitting area is limited to a few seats by the store itself, so anticipate where you'll be sitting after you've gotten your order. Student staff are really friendly, and the shop is opened typically when the SU is.
