Babs and Paul were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. The delivery lads were just as helpful and friendly, and installed our new suite very quickly. A thoroughly professional service all round - hoping to do business with Leekes Cardiff again in the future.

Having researched for what we wanted online, at the Llantrisant store we were shown the alternatives available, before deciding on our initial target bed. Alex, the sales assistant (who was pleasant throughout), took us through the process, to successfully complete the purchase. Very happy with the whole purchase; as with Nicola in the carpet department.
Peter was so helpful and patient over the couple if days that it took us to decide on settees, chair, accent chair and different materials. Will definitely shop here again.
Visit to Cardiff new Leekes store today on Newport Road Cardiff. Approached by friendly chap called Paul. Paul very helpful, not over bearing and allowed us to wonder around the store at our own leisure. Paul on hand to answer any equires we had, demonstrated how furniture worked, what colours and fabrics, along with furniture measurements were available. Happy with the experience in the store we ordered sofa and chair combo, at a reasonable price. Advised our furniture will arrive in approximately 10 weeks, before Xmas. Happy to visit and buy products from the store again in the future.
Nice friendly staff to greet you on the way in, didn't have what I was looking for. I haven't been to a Leeks for many years didn't really know what to expect. Staff let you look around didn't bother you but were close by if needed. High quality items a little out side my budget
