   One of the staff members was very rude as if she couldn't be asked to do her job, made the coffee incorrect as to every other starbucks and when asked for a replacement, she was so red in the face and rudely spoke, declined. I was looking forward to coming here but never again, why even name yourself starbucks when they are nothing like it. That lady needs to quit or improve basic customer service skills which she lacks.
