Average coffee/tea and food. Fast WiFi and enough sockets. It’s pretty loud, so I probably would not visit if I needed some quiet time. And also the tables are not cleaned often. It was a pleasant experience overall.
Jay was so lovely , first person to pronounce my name right. I was having a bad day and he made me smile. Drink also made exactly the way I liked it!
the person who served me was really rude and clearly not happy to be working, my drink was horrible however they did remake it for me, I also saw someone else return there drink as they were unhappy about it. They were also talking very loud (boarder line shouting) so i couldn't enjoy my breakfast as i hoped but it was a bad experience as the worker was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
I went to Starbucks today and ordered 2 coffees. The guy at the till was lovely, the lady that made my drinks on the other hand took 10minutes to make a flat white and a latte as she was chatting with her colleagues at the same time. My £5 latte was undrinkable, it was so sweet. I always have the same drink from Starbucks and never had any problems, it was clearly a mistake when adding the sirop. When I went back to tell them that it wasn’t good she laughed at me.. no apologies she just laughed and said “what do you want me to do about it?” So Helanice, I hope you have a better day tomorrow and enjoy your job a bit more. I’m sorry that you have no manners and have no idea how to talk to people. Avoid.
Store is standard Starbucks, nothing special, super busy due to location, no music or anything
I wish there was a larger/proper Starbucks in Leicester. Where you could sit and work/study. Although this is great, it's always so cramped, it puts me off of going inside. It's also started looking quite dull as it's been here for many years
Often come to Starbucks for a coffee, bit disappointed yesterday as they hadn't got any decaff , but they did do me a really weak Latte with extra milk.
As a coffee place, it does good coffee. Its a good location and serves nice drinks and snacks. I away get the same drink which is a white chocolate mocha and i'm never disappointed by it. Love Love Love it. The staff I've had, have always been lovely as well. Anyway 10/10 coffee.
The spot of this Starbucks restaurant is great, and the coffee quality is not bad. I had an "Iced salted maple and caramel latte." The customer service was a little down, they were not welcoming and it was confusing to know whether your order was ready or not.
