Friendly and quick service. Good food and nice seating. With a number of plug sockets so laptops can be charged if your sitting near certain tables.
In most case, you will only get a lesser drink , compared to the same drink in other Costa. Although students get discount when paying by student card, you get a drink with bubbles as well.
Busy place a lot of students during term time. The service is OK and will accommodate if they have made an error with your drink. Like today with my hot chocolate, but the guy behind the counter gave me a new one still did not really taste the same so that's why I am giving it 3 stars.
Long queues but good place to stay back and do your work. Sometimes you wont have space to sit, really crowded.
Longest queues in the world are at this place. Understaffed yet high demand. They need to care more about the customer experience at this Costa! It takes 30 minutes to get served on average.
