    Fantastic service! My car is very affordable, but super reliable, and also fun to drive. I needed help getting the car to me, and they were able to work with my friend to make delivery. This is my first car in the UK so I was nervous about getting β€œtaken for a ride” but it has worked out spectacularly. PSC is understanding, caring, and full of integrity. There were one or two little things wrong with the car, and they agreed to sort those out at no charge without any fuss or bother. I am beyond happy, 10/10 highly recommend, and absolutely would shop there again!

    Would not recommend to a friend: They sold me a Golf with a dead battery. The dead battery wasn't even the right size or voltage for the vehicle according to Green Flag. The battery must either have been jumped to give it just enough juice to survive temporarily, or they didn't check the battery at all. Or they knew and decided to sell it in that state anyway, or both. We did resolve this and they reimbursed the cost of a replacement battery - but only they can speak to why they sold the vehicle with a battery in that condition. They also lost the spare key to the vehicle at some time between my initial visit and picking up the vehicle and failed to follow up with me about it completely. I can only hope it is totally lost and no one is actually in possession of it. On getting the vehicle serviced separately: the ignition coils needed replacing. Two months after buying the vehicle, it became clear that the brake servo pipe was split and needed replacing. There were some minor issues occasionally with the brake pedal pushing down properly shortly after driving it off the lot but I wasn't aware until later that this could be a serious safety issue requiring a replacement part. The used car warranty they offer covers very little. Don't assume that they will do a thorough PDI check to a genuine standard or service it thoroughly. I negotiated a service into the deal for the Golf because its service history was so patchy, but they didn't provide much or any information on their PDI checks or what's included in any service they do. They would not negotiate on price. In hindsight, I could have got a better deal privately. Get AA or a mechanic to come out and check the vehicle before you buy. I did not do so and wish that I had. Check the paperwork they ask you to sign. It will probably include a statement that you confirm when signing that the seller has told you about all material faults, etc. Obviously only sign this if they have confirmed they have actually done this. They didn't confirm this to me at the time of sale and I chose to trust them as a local independent dealer. I would not recommend doing so unless you are confident you know what you are doing. And if you are confident you know what you are doing, you could probably get a better deal buying privately.

Found the car i saw advertised and received excellent service from point of sale to aftercare having the need to return the vehicle for some advice The workshop mechanic took the time to check my concerns , A new part was ordered and the sales office loaned me a courtesy car until the work was completed . Very friendly and helpful team , nothing seems too much trouble My part exchange vehicle was collected on time from home , good communication . Very happy with the car and excellent customer service i received .

    Bought a car from here, they were all very lovely while we made the purchase. Since then, we've had to have the car back in under warranty and they've been absolutely awful. Very rude, passing us off with different lies and excuses.

    I would like to point out that an earlier review that i left has been deleted for what reason i dont know? Regarding derogatory reviews left by a very small minority of our customers i would just like to say thank you for the support and reviews by all our genuine customers left recently.We have been in business for over 30 years so must be doing something right but no one is perfect ! But all i can say is that we have a regular customer base both for our sales and workshop with thousands of satisfied customers.We welcome any inspection on our cars and bend over backwards to ensure that the customer will have trouble free motoring .However the cars we sell are of a certain age where faults can occur after point of sale and none of us can see into the future ! But we do our utmost to resolve any problems and would say that 99% of our customers are happy with our service and keep coming back some of whom have had several cars from us and we are now selling cars to the second generation of many familys ! So if you have purchased a car from us and are happy with your experience please leave a review if not please tell us so we can resolve any issues.As i say we have been here over 30 years and will be here many more to come.

    I bought a Discovery 3 from Pudsey Service Centre recently, the car was excellent condition for it's age and as described. I had to send the car in for some work and it was ready within 2 days. The dealership provides excellent customer service and aftercare. Glyn even picked me up personally to collect my vehicle when it was ready. Top bloke, great service.
