    My friends come here for lunch a couple of times a week So while I was visiting I tagged along. What a revelation. The home cooked menu is extensive , delicious and I was spoilt for choice and the puddings .!!!!! how can you choose between all your favourites on one menu Only a word to the wise It gets busy at lunchtime so get there early but you are not rushed in any way. Thank you red lion Definitely recommend this hidden gem. Lovely ambience and excellent staff.Am already booked in for 2 more lunches

    The Red Lion is a traditional British Pub offering excellent food, drink and great hospitality. The Steak & Ale Pie is home made and is probably the best that you could get anywhere. A great place to meet, eat and drink.
