From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm, nostalgic atmosphere that feels like stepping back into a more gracious time. The décor is charmingly vintage, the tables beautifully set, and every detail perfectly curated to make your visit feel special. The food is exceptional—freshly made, generously portioned, and clearly crafted with care. Their homemade cakes are the real stars: moist, flavourful, and impossible to choose between (the lemon drizzle and Victoria sponge are standouts!). The afternoon tea is beautifully presented and offers incredible value, with delicate sandwiches, warm scones, and a wonderful selection of teas. What truly sets Wylies apart is the service. The team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You never feel rushed, and every guest is made to feel welcome—whether you’re popping in for a quick cuppa or indulging in a leisurely afternoon tea.    Tucked away like a hidden gem, this charming little tea room is the very picture of English warmth and grace. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed with the kind of genuine hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. The owner, an absolute delight, pours her heart into every detail, and it truly shows. We enjoyed freshly baked scones that were perfectly crumbly and warm, served with the most divine clotted cream and jam, alongside a beautifully made omelette that tasted as comforting as a Sunday morning. Everything was simple, sincere, and delicious, the sort of food that feels made just for you. It’s rare to find a place that blends such heartfelt service with homemade perfection, but this tea room does exactly that. A true labour of love, run by a lady whose kindness and hard work make every cup of tea feel a little more special.

   Had afternoon tea here earlier in the week. It was delicious and great value for money. Sandwiches were lovely (salmon & cream cheese), Victoria sponge was rich, sweet and homemade. Scones were very nice as well because they were buttery and not dry. Traditional, old-fashioned decor inside made the tearoom look like something from the 1940s. Amazing!

   I love this cafe for it's charm, cracking service, good food and ambiance. Not suitable for young babies or children due to size, but a proper, good, old fashioned type of tea shop. The small shop is a cracking place too. Somewhere I always take visiting friends and family. A place I feel happy to be.

   Food, drinks, scones, cakes delicious in this quaint English Tearoom. Tucked away down a side alley you may miss it! Definitely worth a visit. Very friendly and accommodating. Gets busy so you may want to book especially if there are a number of you. Really glad we found this place; we visit regularly and it doesn’t disappoint.

   Lovely lunch here today with a lot of choice. Huge portions (apparently tin foil take home is an option!), so well prepared and tasty, I can't wait to take my husband there next time we're in Warwick. I was desperately sad we were all to full to have cake as they looked amazing. The owner I met was absolutely lovely and I will definitely be going back.
