   First time with Delacys today with my 5 series, major service required that was sizeably cheaper than my main dealer. Service was effortless and well communicated. Service data reset on the car and digitally via BMW, lovely valet inside and out to boot that was far more detailed than its previous main dealer service. Thanks Luke / all.    Another excellent experience with Delaceys and specifically the chap I deal with, Luke. My Z4 was collected and returned within a couple of hours and the work carried out, with the car looking clean and tidy. The invoice was far lower than I expected. I'll be using them again with all future BMW's and cars generally. Highly recommended.

   I'd definitely recommend Delaceys of Huddersfield because of my dealings with my sales contact Luke. He is a pleasure to deal with, he manages expectations,doesn't over promise and he is always available to discuss any concerns you have either before or after taking delivery of the vehicle. Luke is the main driver in my dealings with the Delaceys.In addition I would like to mention Luke was responsible for the vehicle handover, he was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable on the car and very patient. He is a valuable addition to the team.

   I'd used Mercedes main dealer for 12 years. Fan belt went on e class the day before I had to go to London. Main dealers said it would be two weeks before they could repair it. I explained the urgency but they wouldn't change, then sarcastically said you could use Delaceys, but they are not as good as us. So I took the car to Delaceys and they sorted it out same day. I've used them ever since and found them much better than the main dealers. Always very polite and helpful.

   My wife regularly took her Mercedes to Delaceys for repair and service, she always got a great friendly service at a fair price. When I needed to change garage they were an obvious choice, after having my existing car serviced I saw a perfect replacement , they made doing the deal very easy, the car was at a fair price and was presented in immaculate condition. They sorted out the personal number plate, and a warranty, everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone want a first class local garage
