   Fully loaded wrap, succulent, and very tasty. It took almost 10 minutes but was worth the wait. The nicest Chinese fast food I've ever tasted. The iced lychee tea is fantastic being full of fruit pieces. Lots of free parking

   I really enjoy bubble tea, but unfortunately, the customer service at this location left a lot to be desired. The staff took my order in a rather rude and unwelcoming manner, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, I was charged £5 instead of £4.80, simply because they require cash for purchases under £5. I wouldn’t have minded paying a bit extra if the request had been made politely and with a smile. Customer service makes a big difference. For example, when I visited a bubble tea shop in Coventry city centre, the staff there asked about my preferences and served me with genuine warmth and friendliness—it completely elevated the experience. Sadly, this visit was my first and likely my last. Hopefully, this feedback can lead to some improvements. Thanks for listening to my little rant!

   I love happy lemon the food and drinks are so amazing. They also have a bakery range which they release too. I find the shop easy to access. The cafe itself is very small so it would be a problem if it gets busy but it is often quiet. The service is good. Only issue I had was when I brought bubble waffle server placed this down by fan whilst making the second one and when paying £5 for this I would have preferred this warm but they handled the complaint well and served me up a new one so I feel their service is really good.

   I love the tea here, but ever since the payment method changed (now you can only pay with a card in orders over £5, before you could pay on anything) I can't really even go there anymore, because I usually get the classic boba, medium, which is well below £5 and all of my payments are made exclusively by card. :( I'll change my review when this reverts back to normal, it's also a lot more unhygienic with cash, especially now.

   Superb mung bean street wrap with 3 eggs included for £4.50. The wrap was so tasty and crispy as it is freshly made. There is a good selection of cakes, tapioca tea and smoothies.
