Really tasty food! Super friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. Had food here with my daughter and we both loved it. We will definitely be returning. Really want to try the breakfast menu next time and possibly one of their tasty looking cakes xx

A lovely, cosy cafe at the top right hand side of the arcade. Food was excellent & the service exceptional. Our first visit to Penarth for many years but luckily we found a little gem for lunch.
Excellent cafe finally found a perfect gluten free breakfast for my husband who was recently diagnosed as coeliac, best of all it had good gluten free doorstep toast. He was over the moon. Great friendly service too. Can’t wait to return.

Found Cafe 64 three months ago when looking for a place that served gluten-free for one of us. Have returned regularly since. The food is fresh, prepared by the chef who we recently discovered was the top chef in a leading hotel. It shows as it is always presented perfectly. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean tables. Highly recommended!
