   I always look forward to visiting Costa, and a big reason is the incredible staff. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and friendly energy that immediately makes the atmosphere feel welcoming. The team works efficiently while still taking the time to be attentive, patient, and personable. My order is always prepared perfectly, and even during busy times, the staff remain calm, professional, and kind. Their consistency, enthusiasm, and attention to detail truly elevate the whole experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Whether it’s remembering regular customers, recommending something new, or just brightening the day with great service, the staff here go above and beyond. Costa is lucky to have such an outstanding team! Highly recommended—exceptional service every visit.

   A really nice and relaxing place, especially in the middle of all the busy big stores around. I go there at least twice a week, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Jon is always kind and patient with elderly customers, and there’s a lady with short red hair (I don’t know her name) who is wonderful with children. They are always cheerful and kind. Overall, it’s one of the best spots to enjoy a good coffee and take a little break. ☕️

   Used to love coming here for a coffee but stopped a month a go when the women who served me had bad attitude when i asked for for extra cream said loudly that will be extra come to the till.i know you had to pay extra i had no issue in paying extra for cream which is what i done i said your attitude stinks and your customer service is vile. They need new staff down there plus it was dirty no need for it. Will stick to the costa coffe in tesco or cardiff city centre in future.

   Was made a coffee, I realised the cup was dirty and went back up to let them know. Find it absolutely shocking that a staff member thought it was acceptable to use a blue roll and wipe off the marks and try and give it to me which in reality we know that you should remake a coffee if the cup is dirty due to hygiene. Need to retrain your staff as that’s an unacceptable response for a member of staff to have. Even the lady serving at the tills was shocked and had to tell the guy to remake it.

   Pretty disgusting as you can see from the photos. This was on a Sunday morning. My friend & I had a coffee & pastry for breakfast but regretted it the minute we sat down. Wasps everywhere and absolutely filthy. There's no excuse for lack of cleanliness but it just looks tired, dated and soulless too. We went out of convenience but won't return. After submitting a complaint Costa's response was to offer tokens for one free drink, if I go back! Not likely and they clearly don't value their customers as my friend spent close to £20! There are far better alternatives so I'd chose elsewhere.

   They forgot to make the two coffees that I paid for, even if I was standing right in front of them, waiting to pick them up. But that's ok, as "they don't rush their coffee"! The gentleman was lovely and it wasn't his fault at all, but the ladies were too busy chatting.

   As Costa go this is not too bad. I had a cortado and a toasted sandwich and my wife had a smoothie and an emmantal and mushroom toasted sandwich. Service is swift and staff were friendly. Its situated on a retail park so parking is easy, and there are disabled parking bays within 20 metres of the door. There is outside seating.
