I didn't think it could get much worse in here but it has. No take away cups. Only food on are cheese and ham toasties.no cutlery out. Had to stir my coffee with a fork! (Last one there) No serviettes to wipe hands. Awful.
Staff are always friendly, good portions and tasty food and it’s so cheap!
Fine, if all you want is pizza or panini in the afternoon. More choice ealier in the day. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful in the cafe. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a problem with a sandwich. Cafe staff were great and resolved it, but customer services could do with a more apologetic attitude.
They offer a blue light card to save money, they give it with one hand and take it with the other!!!! Was getting 10% off my shop for blue light now it’s 5%? Not worth even the petrol money to drive there!!! 8p on a £13 shop, total waste
Coffee from machine was horrible in disposable cups. Soup served almost cold. It was returned to be heated and was again served luke warm. No bread rolls just slices of white bread. I'm used to eating regularly at Asda Leckwith which is so much better in all respects.
Stale bread. Dirty seats. Worst of all, despite eating in, they gave disposable cups and plates. Managed to get a proper mug but stuck with a throwaway plate. How's that for sustainability!!
