£13 for a burger with no chips, cold small breakfast £3 for a slice of halloumi. Shocking. Won’t be back

Was at the cafe today from 11am to 12pm.. Even though the rush hour had eased, my table was left uncleared for over an hour while other tables were cleared quite early on. The staff member saw my table but chose not to attend to it. This made it difficult to enjoy my visit. I hope the cafe improves table service to ensure all customers are treated equally.

Used to go here regularly. Since the refurb, the place has completely lost its charm, don't recognise any of the staff and compared to in the past when most of the food options were vegan, there's often nothing available on the counter, vegan or otherwise. Last few cups of coffee have tasted like watered down filter coffee and I usually love Hard Lines. Sad to see it change so much.

Went there for the last time when I was charged £5 for a hot chocolate to go. Criminal prices. Food tastes good but is way too expensive. Really sad! Also takes ages to get your order.

Lovely coffee shop a short stroll from UHW. Small selection of sweet & savoury things to try. Lemon drizzle cake was deliciously moist & tangy. Good coffee & pleasant service. More seating outside than in for dry days.

£16 for 3 cookies and 1 x tiny sausage roll & a pasty. Cookies were tasty but the savoury food wasn't good at all, both went into the bin.

Pleasant cafe close to Heath Park. Limited seating inside but plenty outside. An ideal spot to relax during the summer.

Disappointed with my experience. Sausage roll was rather unpleasant, gristle in meat and raw pastry underneath. Croissant was raw and wet inside. Staff were quite friendly to regulars that they seem to know but not particularly friendly with myself and my partner unfortunately, when I've been the the past other staff were lovely and food was pleasant, things seem to have gone significantly down hill while prices have increased alot. Wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Such a gem. Elderflower presse and the focaccias sandwiches are lovely, really hit the spot. Good selection of coffees and cakes too - will definitely be back when in the area
