   Asked for a latte and a cappuccino. Both made the same. Heating up large volume of, so it can be used in multiple drinks. Milk is burnt, froth non existence. Staff obviously need training in Barista skills

   They used to have a good selection of fresh rolls. Now all the serve if defrosted prepackaged food. Lazy and inedible

   Aroma coffee . I don’t have anything good to say about , coffee is awful , service is sketchy , staff have no idea how to make coffee. You couldn’t distinguish between a latte , flat white or cappuccino . It’s rush rush , no time or effort into making drinks as the advertising boards show . Go to Brodie’s in the park instead .

   When visiting have been for months now always have to wait for a table why would you block off a whole section right at the start of visiting hours then have a very bad attitude telling people not to sit there

   At last a place to get good tea after the rubbish that Starbucks make. Had both the English Breakfast Tea and hot chocolate which I add a dusting of dark chocolate powder to. Both drinks nice, but the chocolate with the dark chocolate powder WOW. Would drink here again. They also have a small booth in the main seating area as well as the shop.

   Best coffee and cake in University Hospital of Wales. Good selection of sandwiches, rols and paninies and other drinks and nibbles. Staff are always very welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Good turnover of people,staff and visitors.
