   Thank you to Dr Bassi- he has shown the upmost care when dealing with our daughter who has required some treatment recently. He explained the options to us clearly, quickly arranged the treatment that was needed. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done before any further damage was caused to the tooth. He’s done a great job and we are beyond thrilled with the end product, our daughter is smiling with teeth again!

   Such a lovely practice! It has nice feel when you walk through the door and doesn't feel clinical at all. Receptionists are friendly and my dentist Kate is the best She will patiently talk me through the process and explain why. I always feel in control and trust her professional judgement explicitly. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

   I’ve been with 123 dental for approx 2years they have been treating my dental implant and they did a fab job they gave constant support and never pushed any decisions on me and made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing at every appointment they were always available for any questions I had no matter how silly they were.    An excellent double appointment today. Greeted by a cheerful lady called Nicky on reception, I then had a very short wait for my Hygienist appointment. The Hygienist was excellent and very efficient (I didn't get her name unfortunately). I then went back to the waiting room and almost immediately I was greeted by a new to me dentist. Reuben introduced himself to me and I liked him instantly, he said he joined the practice in the new year. Again, very efficient with a very calming bed side manner. He explained everything to me very well and was happy for me to answer questions. I hope that 1,2,3 can retain this dentist and I get a bit of continuity going forward. I have seen several different dentists since 1,2,3 acquired the Bickerton practice. See you in 3 months and 6 months respectively.

   I am currently in the process of having an implant and I'm not ashamed to admit I was not looking forward to it. Went this morning for a fairly major part and expected to be in a lot of pain afterwards. Sat at home 12 hours later. Several stitches (and not a pretty sight) but no pain killers (not needed). Also fitted me in for stitches removal as we are going on holiday.
