   I can’t thank Anne and Maggie enough at Bupa Dental Care in Guiseley. My daughter was enrolled at the Keighley branch, where unfortunately the service has been consistently poor. Even when she had a painful toothache, they couldn’t offer her an appointment. In desperation, I contacted the Guiseley practice and was fortunate to speak with Anne, who went above and beyond to help. She not only secured us a prompt appointment but also managed to get my daughter enrolled at their practice instead, which was a huge relief for us. Both Anne and Maggie were polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Their kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Honestly, the Keighley staff could learn a thing or two from these two. It's people like Anne and Maggie who truly make a difference. Thank you both!

   Visited yesterday for a routine appointment. David is a fantastic dentist—super detailed, friendly, and always puts you at ease. Anne was on reception and is a wealth of knowledge, always so lovely and welcoming. The practice is always immaculate and is so well run and the whole team makes every visit smooth and stress-free! Highly recommended

   Okay so I'm Saba, a patient of Bupa dental at Guiseley since year 2023. I first went amidst of ongoing dental issues more so a crisis because I was without a dentist for quite sometime and was having to go back and forth to emergency one off appointments. Something which I'm sure many of you can relate to. Anyway come to now the present I am one happy bunny because of the much needed due attention, care and help which I have received from Bupa dental and I still continue to do so. I am so very thankful to the entire team at the practice... (majority of them all lovely ladies and few girl's too) starting from the reception members; Maggie, Lisa, Liz, Felicity and Anne Always a joy to see them and be warmly welcomed into the practice. Then there's the dental team again they are all so lovely, I am currently under the care of Miss Alexis and dental assistant/ nurse Celine and it's always nice to see them because not only are they nice but very understanding of my dental health woes and issues always care, care to listen and understand and then deliver the right medical treatment that I have needed and it continues. Honestly speaking I went through a tough unprecedented time with my dental issues so basically I've been through quite a bit with it but I'm now at a much better place/ position all thanks to the help of the entire team at Bupa dental Guiseley.. I am so glad and relieved to get the help I so badly needed. ..The team are fully aware of all this and how I feel so I shall say 'Oh happy days' it is. I would never change my dentist from Bupa nope. And I'd highly recommend other individuals to look into joining the practice they offer a range of treatments and plans at competitive prices. The whole premises is always very clean, staff are all so polite, well mannered and you know that you are in a good place, in good care. I always feel so comfortable and more so like going to the dentist because of the environment and how I am always treated and looked after. Thanks a ton lovelies. Much appreciated. Much love, Saba.

   Not a great experience at this dentist previously. The dentists are arrogant, one talked down to me and tried to tell me I had to remove my tooth, went private and just needed a root canal. The receptionists are just as bad, horrible place and people.

   After neglecting the dentist for many years due to anxiety, I finally decided to sign up here and go. The staff, especially Graham, are absolutely amazing and put you right at ease. They explain everything in detail throughout eliminating any worries. Would highly recommend to anyone!

   The team at Guiseley are fantastic. They provide excellent care from the time of making the appointment right through to the treatment being received. Going to appointments is like visiting old friends. The building has recently been refurbished with all new surgeries and looks amazing. I couldn’t recommend this dental practice more.
