Absolutely amazing 30 weeks pregnant needed a tooth extracted while on blood thinners most dental practices wouldn’t touch me but I’m now no longer going to be in pain on a daily basis! Absolutely recommend southbrook to anyone staff are lovely and very welcoming
At this dentist, they gave us excellent treatment. They were extremely polite and made the experience calming as ever. It couldn’t have been better. They treated us with extreme care and made sure we were comfortable and tried their best to decrease the pain. Overall, this is a 5 star dentist and I think everyone should come here if they want the best care.
Came here with my friend through 111. We felt at ease as soon as we walked through the door, I have never felt like this before at a dentist. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. When we saw the dentist I could not believe the passion he had for his work and the knowledge he gave us based on our circumstance. I haven’t met a dentist like it. we had seen a dentist at another practice in the area a couple of days prior to this who hadn’t managed to resolve the issue or make a plan to help with the pain and infection so we were both relieved when leaving with treatment and a plan which was 100 perfect for my friend based on her circumstances! Highly recommend, thank you for such a good experience with something causes anxiety!
I had a tooth taken out here and it went really well. The staff were kind and professional, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smoother than I expected. Really appreciated the good service.
Took my grandma here and had a fantastic experience. The dentist was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, while the nurse was so kind and reassuring. They both treated my grandma with real care and respect, which made her feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this practice!
So I went for an emergency appointment due to excessive pain from an extraction at a different dentists. I read the reviews, but I can 100% say the negative reviews were an absolute and total opposite of my experience, I could not have been dealt with any better. The dentist was knowledgeable, very informative, put me totally at ease and is obviously passionate about what he does. Nothing was too much trouble and I would change to this Dentist if they had NHS places or an annual plan. In 2 appointments all sorted and very happy, thank you.
Abelist staff and con artists. They don't so same day treatment for emergency referrals. Only an examination. However most emergency referrals do get sorted there and than and other practices. Staff keep front door locked rather than open making it out they don't want people in the practice. They say they have a disabled access protocol which is not advertised at all. Also they don't have a website which itself is harmful as there is no information on how to access the building or on the dentists. Plus they don't keep to appointments at all. Also they should not be charging additional feels just because they couldnt deal with your emergency referral. All emergency treatments cost £23.80 not do nothing an then book an appointment that's going to cost 65 quid
Unbelievably poor service. Waiting forever as if we have all the time in the world. Only told after arriving that they have no space to wait or sit inside and that you are supposed to call in before coming down My wife was pregnant and was left standing outside. Not courteous enough to offer a chair for her to sit down. Absolutely awful
Excellent from 1st phone contact to dental treatment. Very professional staff who are patient and most helpful. the dentist is very good, clearly works to high standard. As someone else commented, I was given local anaesthetic and had to wait a short while in waiting room but I very mcuh appreciated this as it made sure the anaesthetic took effect before beginnning the extraction. This was a positive move. Previous dentists tried to forge ahead before the anaestetic had fully worked. So full marks and big recommendation for Southbrook.
Disappointed I wasted most of my Saturday sitting in the waiting room, had an appointment for 1:10 and didn't get seen till 2:20, saw the dentist for 5 mins, numbed my mouth and made me sit in the waiting room again for at least another half hour before I got my treatment while he saw 2 patients in between. For the prices they charge I was expecting a better service! Once I'm done with my treatment plan here think I'll be looking for another dentist... Writing this review from the waiting room and it's now 2:50pm
