I was very impressed with how quick and efficient everything was. And Dr Saleem was very good with the children and made them get over their fear of going to the dentist. I would really recommend this for anyone not matter the age. 5 star worthy!!

I was really disappointed during my recent visit. While the waiting area still displays signs about strict COVID-related cleanliness and distancing, the receptionists were openly giving each other head massages behind the desk. It felt completely unprofessional and totally inconsistent with the safety measures they’re supposedly enforcing. On top of that, the conversations between reception staff were loud, inappropriate for a medical setting, and made the environment feel uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect a clean, respectful, and professional atmosphere—especially in a healthcare practice. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard at all.

Mr Saleem is so friendly and very professional. I contacted the surgery with toothache and a broken filling. The receptionist was really helpful and booked me a swift appointment with Mr Saleem. Very happy with how quick my tooth was fixed and I have had no problems since. Would recommend this dental practice.

Just had some work done by Dr Saleem and his team. Always a pleasure to be treated by him as he explains the best course of action before starting and makes you feel at ease through the whole process. Lovely, clean and modern reception and surgery. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL SURGERY!!! They’re rude arrogant and some of the actual dentist practitioners are absolutely shocking, I know many of people who have been butchered by these including myself! I went for a filling got told by the dentist that she’s gonna pull it because I might still receive pain which I was already crapping myself because of previous experiences there, so I went along and for 20 minutes she attempted to pull my tooth twisting pulling and anyone who’s had a tooth pulled before knows it usually takes 5 minutes so I already thought what’s going on, and then in the middle of pulling my tooth out! She decides to do an X-ray in which then she sees she was unable to pull the tooth, and then proceeds to tell me how she’s snapped my tooth ( clean in half ) but I’m still going to have to go home and wait to be referred to a specialist. I was in AGONY for atleast 5 weeks couldn’t eat anything but soup for 3 weeks because how how swollen and sore and bruised and cut she had left my mouth! So then a few months later I go to my referral yes a few months you’d think they would get me in straight away after the state she left me in but no, anyway so I went to my referral in which the specialist took an X-ray and the first thing he said was did she take an X-ray before hand in which I replied no because she didn’t, he said I can tell because if she would have taken an X-ray before attempting to pull the tooth she would of seen she had no way of getting it out, because the specialist said himself I have 1 in a million roots they’re extra long and extra strong, so there was no way on this planet she would of been able to remove the tooth! But he even said even if she was able to pull the tooth an X-ray should of been done before hand, so it’s very unprofessional and if the dentist had done her job properly in the first place I wouldn’t have been left in such agony for as long as I was. Just want to warn all of you before anyone joins them and instantly regrets it because you will.

Consistency over who I saw became issue here, I have been using this dentist a child. Dr Saleem is great however seems interested only in private patients now, I ended up seeing what seem to be dentists fresh from Uni which didn't inspire confidence. However I have being seeing Fatima on my last few visits who has been fantastic she is friendly and patient which is what you want when visiting a dentist.

Having shopped around I found that Dr B Hussain at West vale dental surgery provided short term orthodontics. Having discussed the options available to me we felt Quick Straight Teeth (QST) was best suited to me. We initially predicted 6-9 months but my treatment was completed in about 5! Really happy with my result. It was finished off with some tooth whitening and edge to edge composite bonding. Great at his job! Highly recommend!

If you need any dental work doing then get it done elsewhere, you pain will intensify the second tour greeted by the (and I’ll be polite) girl in reception, who’s as rude and useful as toothache at Christmas. I only went in for a prescription of the antibiotics the dentist said I didn’t need , 5 days later the infection is still raging so obviously I did/do. Waited 40 mins and when I asked if I’ll be seen quickly as I’ve already waited way way way beyond my booked appointment time the “receptionist” didn’t have an answer. Your wasting time and money going to this surgery.
